In this month’s Vanity Fair I read about this company, Thornwillow Press, who was noted for creating custom-bound editions of Obama’s inauguration speech from January 20, 2009. I wrote the name down in my Blackberry quickly as I thought it might make a great gift for my father for Father’s Day coming up this Sunday. Turns out the editions from a limited run of 550 are far too expensive for me but the motif stationary the company makes is humorous, elegant, and affordable. Some of my favorite prints are below.
Bunny, obviously, don’t even need to explain this – except to say that it matches a fabulous woodblock in my bathroom here in New York.
So cute! I love ladybugs, Abby would love this.
Festive little Grasshoppers…
And my favorite – “Ducks in a Row” – I have about three people in my life who I can think need to receive a strongly-worded note with this image as its jumping off point!
